8. Submitting Content to Vanlifezone
If you decide to submit your story to Vanlifezone, you acknowledge and agree that the content you provide, including any images or photographs, may be used by us in any media, including print and digital, for editorial and promotional purposes. By submitting your content, you grant us the right to use, modify, and publish your story and images as we please to ensure the highest quality possible. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from every recognizable person in your provided images to use, alter and distribute these images in any way necessary and hereby pass these permissions on to us.
Please note that once your article, images and media have been submitted to Vanlifezone, they are cleared for publication and you have no right to revoke them. Additionally, in the event that your content has been published in the magazine or in any other media, your content will be publicly available and cannot be retracted.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
